I am a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor's in Child Development. Last year I did my year long student teaching in an all day kindergarten classroom in Pontiac. This is my first year teaching and I am really enjoying the Royal Oak school district and families.
           I have a younger brother, Matt, who is a senior at Michigan State. I also have a younger sister, Alison, that is a freshman at the University of Michigan. My parents live in Moorpark, California. A suburb north of Los Angeles.
