Käseschnitzel Überbacken
CHEESE SCHNITZEL AU GRATIN
4 pork cutlets (boneless)
1 small onion (diced)
1 4oz. can mushrooms
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Salt and pepper the meat. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the cutlets and sauté until golden brown on both sides. Place the cutlets in a greased shallow casserole and set aside. Add diced onions to the skillet and sauté for five minutes. Add drained mushrooms, whipping cream, wine and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the cutlets and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in a preheated over at 375º for 30 minutes.
