GINGERBREAD
1 cup sugar 1 Tasse Zucker
1 cup water 1 Tasse Wasser
½ cup margarine ½ Tasse Margarine
1 tsp. ginger 1 Teel. Ingwer
1 tsp. baking soda 1 Teel. Natron
1 tsp. mixed spices 1 Teel. Lebkuchengewürz
1 egg 1 Ei
2 cups flour 2 Tassen Mehl
Bring first six ingredients to boil. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. When cool add egg flour. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, until knife comes out clean. Use 8 round pan.
