NUDEL-PUDDING

GERMAN NOODLE PUDDING



1 package medium noodles (8oz.)

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Salt

½ cup raisins

½ cup sugar

2 teaspoons almond extract

2 cups milk

3 eggs

¼ lb. butter, melted


Boil noodles. Strain and run under cold water to remove excess starch. Add cinnamon, salt, raisins, sugar and extract; then add milk and eggs, which have been beaten together, and half of the melted butter.


Put remaining butter in a baking casserole. Heat casserole and pour in the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F oven until brown.
