Wurstsalat
Sausage Salad
Serves 4
1/2 pound knockwurst 2 small pickles, minced
1 onion, minced 3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon or
1/2 teaspoon salt yellow)
1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Cook knockwurst, cool and cut into cubes. Mix together vinegar, mustard, and oil, add salt, pepper, paprika, and sugar. Blend well. Place knockwurst, pickles, onions and dressing in bowl and mix well. Serve garnished with parsley.
