One-week’s notice is appreciated for small catering orders. Large catering functions require more than two-weeks notice to allow for adequate planning and coordination. When an order is placed for a catered event, please provide a “ballpark” number of people to expect. A guaranteed number of meals must be provided by noon three days prior to the function.
