IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

• Physicals must be dated after April 15, 2012 to be valid for the 2012-13 school year.
• If you are an 8th grader this year and plan to play a fall sport at Royal Oak High School next school year, fall sports begin August 6th for Football and August 8th for all other fall sports.  You will need to make sure that you attend all tryouts and practices from that date on so please plan your summer activities accordingly.

SUMMER SPORTS CAMPS ARE COMING!

Royal Oak Schools will once again be offering sports camps this summer.  Attached is a brochure with information on each camp and registration information.  Don't delay, reserve your spot today!!

2012-13 Royal Oak High School Dance Team Tryouts

If you are currently an 8th grade girl and are interested in trying out for the 2012-13 Royal Oak High School Dance Team, then you need to attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, May 9 in the Multi-Media Room at Royal Oak High School.   Clinics will begin on May 15 and 16 from 5:30 - 7:30 and May 18th from 3:30 - 5:30 at Royal Oak High School in the Auxiliary Gym.  Actual tryouts will take place on Saturday, May 19th at 9:00 a.m. 

If you are participating in Track at ROMS then you must attend your practice/meet before you attend clinics.  You may attend clinics late if you are involved in a school related activity.

2012-13 Royal Oak High School Fall Sideline Cheer Team Tryouts

If you are currently an 8th grader and are interested in trying out for the 2012-13 Sideline Cheer Team at Royal Oak High School, then you need to attend clinics and tryouts.  Clinics will be held May 21 and 22 in the Mat Room (next to the Auxiliary Gym) at Royal Oak High School from 3:30 - 5:30.  Actual tryouts will take place on Wednesday, May 23rd from 3:30 until they are done, in the Auxiliary Gym at Royal Oak High School.  If you are participating in Track at ROMS, you must attend your practices/meets first.  Arrangments will be made with the cheer coach so that you can tryout after your meet on May 23rd.
